I seen this quote this morning on Facebook. I thought to myself how true is this. Looking at my life and some of the hard times I have went through. I can still look back and smile. My Dad always had a smile or a laugh. One great memory I have of him. I remember thinking how could I stand at calling hrs for him and not be so broken. I remember friends of his and just anyone that was there and what was I doing laughing remembering his life. I just bet he was thinking this is what I want them to do have fun.

I remember after my first miscarriage and I was home resting. Paul went and got McDonalds for us. I had a terrible headache but Ridge wanted me to eat. So that little guy was feeding me french fries. I can remember laughing somewhat even though I had been through a hard ordeal that day.

It just made me stop and think this morning , Don't forget to laugh.
