~ Week 9 - The Secret ~

To give so much time to improving myself that I have no time to criicize others.

To me this means to try to work on myself and not to bring another person down because of something they have done. I know when I got the role of a lead person at a warehouse I was working at, it was sometimes tough not to get upset w/ some people that were sent there to work. Most of them were only temps and they didn't really care about the job just makin some money. Whatever I usually put my all into it & just have to remember that not everyone does things the same way or else, like my Grandma once said it would sure make life boring if people were all the same. I know I don't like to be put down so I try to think before I say something.
