I usually don't go all out for this day. I take the kids out to get a little CANDY of course. Paul is supposed to get off after lunch so he will be home so I don't have to take Carly out. She is a little scared about it and I don't want to make it worse for her. There is always next yr and well she still is little for it.
So whatever you do today. Have a safe one.
Also today is the true birthday for Nevada ~ So Happy Birthday Nevada !!!

good idea to keep Carly home, I think the little ones get a bit confused about it all until they can grasp it a bit more

My kids and husband like to decorate for Halloween (a big picture on the front door and spider webs with spider rings hanging from it along the wall outside). I only let them put up happy ghosts and no witches. I don't like the scary aspect of Halloween. Aww, you should've let Carly go out, I love the teeny kids in costumes when I pass out candy, they're so adorable! ~Debbie
