~ MckLinky Blog Hop - Favorite Recipe ~

If you love something fast & easy for children this is really good.


Funfetti Cookie Recipe


1 - pkg Pillsbury Funfetti cake mix

1/3 cup oil

2 eggs

1 - can Funfetti Vanilla Frosting

Heat oven to 375

In large bowl combine cake mix, eggs, oil. Stir with spoon until throroughly moistened.
Shape dough into 1 inch balls, place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets. With
bottom of glass dipped in flour, flatten to 1/4 inch thickness.

Bake at 375 for 6 - 8 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Cool for 1 minute and remove from cookie sheets.

Spread frosting over cookies, sprinkle with candy bits from frosting. Let frosting set before storing. Store in tightly covered container.

Makes : 3 Dozen

Also I have used other cake mix like choc, cherrry chip, & yellow all kinds work great. It's easy & fast and what a AWESOME COOKIE !!!!! Great for kids to take to school for there birthdays less mess than cupcakes. They taste great too, sooooo soft & yummy !!!!
