I do a lot of walking and most of the time its when I'm outside I can feel the sun really xtra warm on my back. The feeling like someone is right there beside you.
One day I was at my children's school & I had a little wait so while I was sitting in the sun a ladybug landed on my toe.
Also when I hear my children talking to them while in there room it makes me feel good inside like they never are far from us. I like that the kids feel like they can talk to them anytime.
