~ My wish today ~ I wish that Heaven had a phone so I could call and talk to those I love. Better yet a webcam so I could see them until I get there.

I'm remembering Dec. 7, too - my Dad didn't serve in the war but he and Mother moved to Los Angeles, CA, during WWII to build airplanes for the war effort. So, he served in that way.
