~ Today's Wish ~
My wish today ~ I wish the world was a safer place. There is just so many things to worry about nowadays. I think back to when I was young and look at all my children or anyone has to stop and consider. It's so sad.

So true! I get nervous letting my kids play outside unless I am out there with them! :(
I agree. I do not have any grandchildren and I wonder if that is a good thing in this world today. I would be so worried all the time. We could go out and be gone all day and my mother didn't worry at all. Well maybe she did but I didn't know it!
I agree with you - our granddaughter has never gotten to play outside without someone watching her like our children did. Our kids used to ride bikes, explore the creek and woods, etc, but you can't turn kids loose like that now!

So true, Caroline, so much has changed in such a short few years as far as safety issues with raising kids, etc. That is a great wish to have thought of.
