Then by lunch well just not so great ..........
I know there are days like that but I will be fine just some hurtful words.
Then tonight I found this & it really spoke to me.

praying for healing and that no one else gets sick.
glad to hear Jennifer is feeling better; so sorry Carolien about the hurtful words; I know they aren't fun to deal with and it does affect our days and how we feel about ourselves. It is also a good reminder for ourselves to be careful with the words we use.
I hope today is going so much more better!
