Jennifer was the in the top of her class. She got awards plus made the GATE class for next year. GATE means Gifted & Talented Education. We are so proud of her.
It was really nice Dad took a few hrs off to come for awards. I'm always there for the end of quarter awards but it was nice to have Dad there.
Thaniqua got a very special award ~ Student of the year in her class. Mrs Berge picked the student she felt worked the hardest & had so much growth. I didn't know she was getting it til a couple days before. We are so proud of her.

Thaniqua also made the Leadership club for next school year , so we are so excited for that.
Also as this year came to a close it was a huge one for Thaniqua's teacher. She was retiring just wanted to take some time to do some other things in her life. Thaniqua's teacher & I are the same age. Mrs Berge was a real joy & I'm so glad Ridge & Thaniqua got the chance to learn from her.

WTG to Jennifer and Thaniqua for their achievements in last year's school year!! So neat they had great teachers too! Glad Paul got to share in the celebrating at school with their awards too!
