Little School Crossing Guard

Our very own future school crossing guard ~ Little Miss Carly.

Every morning I walk the children to school & we are really good friends with our school crossing guard Liz who is so awesome at her job.Carly has learned how to cross people just by watching her daily , so today we made her very own practice one. One day I know she will safely cross the street.

Just wanted to also add that some schools have already started & some starting this upcoming week , Please remember the children walking , riding bikes & such to school. Tonight I almost seen two children get hit in the cross walk it was after school a hr later but was leaving from a program they stayed after for. No one got hurt but so close. I know sometimes children don't always look but just remember everyone needs to be safe. I tell my children always look around & listen , be safe this school year. Thanks :)

August 19th Day of Hope

Today, August 19th, marks four years since Carly Marie's project of Christian's Beach began. It's a way to remember, heal, and speak out about pregnancy, infant, and child loss.

In my Mailbox ...............

I got these in the mail today. All because I have a hubby who loves me sooooooo much.

Looking at it you probably wonder what it is ????????

It's creamsticks.

When we moved to Nevada it's one thing they don't have here. I remember after moving here kinda wanting one but they don't make them here. My sister is a baker at a local grocery store back home. Well when Paul went home for the wedding they made a deal & she mailed them to me. So tonight we had some wonderful CREAMSTICKS !!!

It may not be flowers or candy but Paul said he loved every second of my smile.

I guess he really does love me. Thanks honey what a awesome surprise.

Family Visit at My Sister's

I have just the most awesome husband !!! Paul took the kids and spent the day w/ family in Ohio. Today was the last day they would be there anyway but he went even if I wasn't there. Everyone except for my brother was there he had plans that he couldn't get out of so he missed them. :(

My sister made cupcakes & cookies lots of other goodies. So being there today saved having to go out to eat today.

I posted lots of pictures everyone had fun & of course my sister & my Mom was excited because my sister has boys no girls so it was nice having little girls around. I called while they were there so Ridge & Thaniqua could talk to everyone. It was so nice. I would have rather been there but I almost felt like I was.

Thank you Paul for going today without me your the best.
