Little School Crossing Guard

Our very own future school crossing guard ~ Little Miss Carly.

Every morning I walk the children to school & we are really good friends with our school crossing guard Liz who is so awesome at her job.Carly has learned how to cross people just by watching her daily , so today we made her very own practice one. One day I know she will safely cross the street.

Just wanted to also add that some schools have already started & some starting this upcoming week , Please remember the children walking , riding bikes & such to school. Tonight I almost seen two children get hit in the cross walk it was after school a hr later but was leaving from a program they stayed after for. No one got hurt but so close. I know sometimes children don't always look but just remember everyone needs to be safe. I tell my children always look around & listen , be safe this school year. Thanks :)

August 19th Day of Hope

Today, August 19th, marks four years since Carly Marie's project of Christian's Beach began. It's a way to remember, heal, and speak out about pregnancy, infant, and child loss.

In my Mailbox ...............

I got these in the mail today. All because I have a hubby who loves me sooooooo much.

Looking at it you probably wonder what it is ????????

It's creamsticks.

When we moved to Nevada it's one thing they don't have here. I remember after moving here kinda wanting one but they don't make them here. My sister is a baker at a local grocery store back home. Well when Paul went home for the wedding they made a deal & she mailed them to me. So tonight we had some wonderful CREAMSTICKS !!!

It may not be flowers or candy but Paul said he loved every second of my smile.

I guess he really does love me. Thanks honey what a awesome surprise.

Family Visit at My Sister's

I have just the most awesome husband !!! Paul took the kids and spent the day w/ family in Ohio. Today was the last day they would be there anyway but he went even if I wasn't there. Everyone except for my brother was there he had plans that he couldn't get out of so he missed them. :(

My sister made cupcakes & cookies lots of other goodies. So being there today saved having to go out to eat today.

I posted lots of pictures everyone had fun & of course my sister & my Mom was excited because my sister has boys no girls so it was nice having little girls around. I called while they were there so Ridge & Thaniqua could talk to everyone. It was so nice. I would have rather been there but I almost felt like I was.

Thank you Paul for going today without me your the best.

Sisters

I always dreamed of the day I could have a picture with all the sisters. Well this one is almost complete except Thaniqua is missing. Of course I know I have two girls in Heaven also.

Paul took this one in Ohio. It's his oldest daughter Jessica , Jennifer & Carly. Little Miss Carly never met Jessica until this past Tuesday. At first she was really shy but then warmed up after a couple hours.

This guys are all so amazing I love it. Carly looks like she grown a bunch.

Made It

Well very happy to say that Paul , Miss Jennifer & Little Miss Carly all made it too the wonderful State of Ohio !!!!!

I guess Jennifer cried so hard at the Reno airport that she made herself sick :( All because she missed me. My sweet girl. Carly on the other hand had a blast she stayed awake the whole trip. I bet someone is sleeping tonight.

They are all settled in there motel room & went out to dinner , spent time w/ some family.

We miss them the house is quiet but Ridge , Thaniqua & I had Subway for dinner Yummy !! I have a busy day tomorrow as Thaniqua has open house at school.

So glad God is always near to us.

I'm a Wreck

I'm a wreck my two youngest girls are leaving me.

For only a week but I'm so scared , I trust there Dad but it doesn't make it any easier.

The reason they are going back is for the wedding of Paul's oldest son. We were all supposed to attend but then by the time we decided on things. Thank you to his son the cost was way to much for everyone.

So being the kind person I am I told him I would stay plus Thaniqua & Ridge behind. Thaniqua has a lot going on with school so it will be nice to spend some time w/ my big kids.

It's just being a baby lost Mom it's tough. I also understand it is tough for anyone. So tonight as I go to bed I'm praying so many prayers. I can't wait til they are back home with ME !!!!

Bubbles

Last evening I had to run over to the store to get a couple things. Well they had some summer fun stuff marked down so as I was looking , I saw some bubbles. So I got them & a new jump rope since the big girls just broke there old one the other night.

This morning after breakfast we were outside having fun. Paul had to work all day & it was nice & cool. It has been so Hot in the afternoons.
Lots of fun & laughter , just a little jar of bubbles.
