Week One ~ The Secret ~
To be so strong that nothing can disturb my peace of mind.
Well Anxiety Prayers come to my mind. I pray a lot to stay strong when things are a mess. I remember laying in the E.R.and not knowing what was really happening other than I was losing my little boy. They just put me in a room & sorta just left me there. It was a while before anyone really came back & when they did they brought me a pamplet on miscarriage. Spirtually, prayers and my faith, helped me carry on so much. Without them , I believe it would have been even so more difficult to heal myself.I always feel a sensation of happiness and hope when I pray.
5 things I feel I need for a strong peace of mind :
1. Think Positive
2. Get Enough Sleep - sometimes this is tough for me, I'm a very busy Mom. I always have something to do, LOL. But then again who doesn't.
3. Try to find some relaxation time.
4. Do things as promised & get things done.
5. Focus on success and what you want to achieve.
I think all of these things together with the God's help keep things strong & not disturb my peace of mind.
This hectic thing we call life.

Those are all great things to work on.
I like all of them, Number 4 is something I need to work on also.
