Well today I went to school to eat lunch with Jennifer which was Awesome.
After lunch I thought I would stop by Thaniqua's classroom and let her teacher know that I would pick up her board - project to take to the college here in town. She said it was fine but there was a change in plans. The projects were to be set up tomorrow night then the science fair/Awards are on Wednesday Night. Well now because some parent somewhere is upset that there child didn't win. I guess they think the judging wasn't fair. Now we can't set them up until after 4pm on the day of the show. I'm not raising a fuss but what is that teaching there child. Even if Thaniqua would not have won she tried her best and that's all I ever ask of my children. I mean Ridge didn't win but I'm no way upset there is always next yr. It just bothers me that a parent is that upset The funny thing is the child has the project to do and probably some parent did most of it for them and now they are upset. Whatever it is just sad. I guess the college felt that the projects would not be safe there overnight.

Wow, that is so crazy!
What is wrong with people they are teaching their kids if you don't win honey crying will get you out of it!...Sorry this has happened.
that is kind of sad the parent is acting like that; sounds like it will only cause a hassle for others to plan to make sure things get set up in the window of opportunity all will have to do so.
