Some Dad's have a child in Heaven. Some Dad's have children they don't get to see everyday , that might live far away. Some Dad's may be waiting on a child to be born.
Happy Father's Day !!!
Today I'm remembering My Father that lives in Heaven. He has been gone for 24 yrs. The hurt is still there , it never goes away. I used to not like looking at the cards in the store , balloons and all the other stuff. Now that I have children it has been a little easier. It still hurts and some days I just wish we could talk about something silly or serious or my children that he never got a chance to meet. I have two precious angels that live in Heaven , so I know he is there with him. It's just the missing him that makes me sad but then I think of that favorite verse in Bible
I remember what God did for us so we could see our loved ones in Heaven again. I'm excited and I wait with the hope of knowing that the day will come when I can see my Father again , as I look forward to living in Heaven forever with God.
Here is a picture of me with my Dad and my brother. It's my favorite I was 3 yrs old. He used to read to us every night before bed. He is My Dad and he's so AwEsOmE !!

what a wonderful tribute to your dad, Caroline; I'm so sorry he passed so early so that he couldn't have a chance to know your precious children; but like I said before, I know you will see him again for all of eternity; and that indeed is an awesome thing!!
