Emotions and Please Pray

Emotions are running wild here these days.

A lot has been going on happy , sad , worried , wondering .......... etc ......



Things for the most part are good.

Kids have been having lots going on at school. End of year testing , field trips and just normal daily stuff.

Paul my hubby is leaving this Thursday to go back to Ohio for a visit. It was supposed to be to see Justin graduate from college but I know he is finishing and will get his degree just not sure of all of the Why's that he can't march in Graduation. I called the college but they really couldn't tell me much. I thank each one of you that left me comments about college. Paul says when he gets back there he is going to find out Why ??? At least he is still getting his degree. Yay Justin !!! I would like you to keep Paul in your prayers he will be gone Thursday til Monday evening. I hope he has a good visit w/ Jessica and Justin. He hasn't seen them for 3 yrs. I wish I could have went but I didn't want to take the children out of school and miss all the stuff they have going on. I'm excited for just my time w/ the kids. We don't have a lot planned but I'm sure we will have a good time. :)

Also I would like you to keep my Mom in your prayers. She called me Saturday and told me what happened last Thursday. She found 2 snakes in her house. From what she told me they were around 30 inches long , that's too big for me. We had one when I was about 13 or so. We live sorta in the woods so we always seen a lot of them. She didn't find them together one at 5pm in the evening and the other at 9 pm that nite too. I guess they are milk snakes and will not hurt you but still it's the idea. She has someone coming to check her home tomorrow. I feel bad so far away and can't help but Paul is going back to Ohio this week so he is going to go and check out the house too.

Also My sister Colleen and her family are traveling to New York next weekend May 28-31st for her husband's niece's graduation from college. With everything that has been going on there lately just makes me a little nervous. They will be right around Times Square anyway.

I thank all of you so much for praying. I'm just giving it all to God and trusting that everything will work out for everyone.

Momentous Monday

Today I'm joining in on a new blog hop that I found from A Moment Cherished. Just click on the button if you would like to join in and link up.


It was Thursday while walking my Jennifer to afternoon Kindergarten. It was a beautiful day out and warm and Jennifer was running ahead of me like usual. Well just before you get to the school there are a few places where there are lots of dandelions. She is always picking them for me. She sat down in the grass and picked a whole handful of ones that went to seed already held them as high as she could and blew them. I asked her what are you doing making lots of wishes. She said No Mommy I'm sending all the babies in Heaven a kiss from there Mommy's since they weren't here on earth. A tear ran down my cheek and I hugged her so tight. I know as a Mother I sometimes wonder what little ones are thinking. It's really something that she would stop and think of them and all the Mommy's that have lost. A child's love is great and so caring. I know it's one moment I will always cherish.

Variety Show was a Hit

Well the Variety Show was great Friday Night. They had to change the name from Talent to Variety Show. The kids were all Awesome. I was so very proud of all of the children that were it. It's a good thing I had my tissue in my pocket there was a lot of songs that made me cry. I do that really easy anyway.

Well I do have to say My Ridge was just Awesome and it was great to see him step up and try it. He is already planning for next year.

The Kindergarten classes did a song in the afternoon Friday. When they put it on for the school. So Jennifer was involved in that. She didn't sing Friday night because they are saving it for there Graduation which is set for June 7th. So hard to believe this milestone is almost done for her. This school yr went so fast. I'm excited and sad.

So I copied the program they had a lot of different and great ideas. Once again it was Awesome !!!






Each Child that was in the show got a free small mini pizza from Papa Murphy's. So last nite for supper we enjoyed Pizza. I just happened to have one for 75% off and it got me out of cooking , LOL

Just looking back at the past week and more with my children and some of the events we have had this past week. Makes me feel so blessed to be a Mom and to be loved so much by a child. I can still remember the day when a Dr told me I would never have a child. Boy did God have other plans for me. Thank you God for all you have blessed me with.

Muffins for Moms

Well this morning we attended Muffins for Moms. It's really neat they always do it right around Mother's Day. They also do one in the fall called Donuts for Dads. It's nice because if your parent can't attend your babysitter or anyone who takes care of you can come. We had a good time before school and I took some funny pics of the kids.

Tonight is the BIG Talent Show and just yesterday I found out Jennifer is in it too. I'm excited to see it and proud of all my kids.

Hanging with My Sisters

Yesterday was a busy day but of course it seems like everyday is. I went and picked the kids up from school. Ridge had to stay after practicing for the Talent Show. So it was just the girls and I. It was a nice day out so after we got home , we let Carly play a little in the yard. Then Marie wanted to give her a ride in the wagon. Wasn't sure how she would do since she sometimes doesn't like being in her stroller. She would rather be free like the rest of them.

Well she did fine and I loved hearing her laugh. So they played and I finished supper. Here are a few pictures I took w/ my camera phone.

Just one other exciting thing that Carly did yesterday.......... that cute little girl in the wagon.

Dad keeps his Game Boy in our bathroom on the back of the toilet. Needless to say Carly went here and she usually only messes w/ the toilet paper. She decided the Game Boy should go for a swim....... so the Game Boy ended up in the trash. Oh well I told Dad the joy of children , never a dull moment......
